Meet Katie Delquadri, our 2025 Employee of the Year and Resident Care Coordinator in memory care! Katie began her journey with us as a med tech, advancing to her current role just a year later.
She earned Employee of the Year by consistently showing up wherever help is needed, prioritizing clear communication with families, and representing Fieldstone beautifully. "This is our residents’ home," Katie shares. "I try to make whatever they want happen."
Katie treasures the small, day-to-day moments, like a resident’s daily office visits, sharing snacks while he followed her through the halls with the med cart, and dancing. Her deep commitment to the industry stems from her personal experience caring for her own grandfather and a friend’s grandfather. "It’s something I really loved," she explains. "It takes a special person."
Katie’s favorite word in Fieldstone’s mission, Together We Create a Joyful and Vibrant Community, is joyful. “That is what you get when you come here,” Katie expressed. “We try and really live up to that joyful and vibrant community.”

A big thank you to Mike and Marilyn! Their creativity makes every music session so much fun.
Mike plays the trumpet, and his wife, Marilyn, plays the keyboard. Together, they perform songs inspired by classic TV shows and invite our residents to guess which show each song comes from. To make it even more interactive, they bring a variety of fun props that help spark memories and give everyone clues.
Their talent, enthusiasm, and creativity always bring smiles, laughter, and wonderful memories to our residents. Thank you, Mike and Marilyn, for sharing your gifts and making each visit so special!
