Welcome Campus Executive Director, Linda Walker
We are delighted to introduce Linda Walker, our Campus Executive Director for Fieldstone Memory Care Olympia, slated to open late summer of 2018, and Fieldstone Cooper Point Independent and Assisted Living, opening fall of 2018.
“Linda has incredible experience in senior living. What really resonates with Linda is her passion for quality care and services for seniors. We are excited to have her start our journey in Olympia and be part of our team,” says Thomas Cloutier, Vice President of Operations for Cascadia Senior Living.
Linda comes to Fieldstone with over 30 years of experience working with programs and services for seniors. She has three undergraduate degrees as well as a Master’s degree and has a lifelong love of learning. Linda is the mother of three grown children: Ryan, who lives with his wife Ines and six-year old son Jacob in Glendale, California and owns Pearce Global Partners, an international corporation that works world-wide with disaster preparedness; Aleisha, who is the mother of six-year old Aurellia and who lives in Federal Way, Washington; and Tiffany who clerks for a judge in Beaverton, Oregon, and is married to Jeremiah. They have two children, Dylan and Sequoia.
As a King County Commissioner for Civil Rights, Linda works with issues of those oppressed because of sex, age, sexual orientation, and disabilities. She also likes to read, write and cook. Since her mother was born and raised in India of British parents during the British occupation of India, Linda was raised to enjoy exotic foods and often makes curry for her extended family. Her favorite thing to do, however, is bake. She also enjoys walking. Friends like to see that she exercises, but they especially love it when she bakes!
Please join us in welcoming Linda to the Cascadia Senior Living and Fieldstone Family.
