BULLETIN:  As you can see by the picture to the right, we are now officially open for tours!  We already have a significant number of apartments reserved, so visit soon to ensure that you’re able to choose the floorplan of your loved one’s liking.  We are planning to welcome our first residents on April 15th, so call Ashanda Haley at (360) 244-4180 and book your tour today!

Just look at that picture!  Today, after what seems like an eternity, our furniture was unpacked and staged, and our wall art hung in the Baker neighborhood, with the finish work in the Pilchuck neighborhood not far behind! These two neighborhoods will be home to 30 residents each, residents who can move freely in our spacious living areas, dine on healthy and tasty meals, choose to participate in any of the nine planned activities per day, and watch a movie every night complete with freshly popped popcorn. Sound like a different way to care for those with dementia? We certainly think so, and we’re passionate about it.

Creating joyful and vibrant experiences for those with dementia is our aim. And we utilize every opportunity to create an experience, from getting dressed in the morning and our varied life enrichment activities to the snack we serve at night—it’s all about helping our residents live their lives in ways that are meaningful to them.

As you may have seen on our website, our strategically built community has differentiated spaces intended to provide joyful and vibrant experiences throughout its design. The Town Square creates the feeling of being on the main street of a small town in the ‘50s. Our dining and living room areas evoke memories of dining with the family or just reminiscing over a cup of coffee. Our large hallways were designed to provide ample room for movement and activity. And our courtyard provides residents the ability to be outside and enjoy nature, walking and gardening…even when it’s raining outside. (Hint:  part of our courtyard is covered!)

But I can go on and on about what we do and how we do it! The best way to “feel” our community is to come and see for yourself. Call us, we’d love to take you on a tour.

Enjoy March…and swing by and see us sometime!
