Gerald’s Restaurant is coming to Fieldstone Grandridge in September! We are very excited to show you our updated look, amenities, and new menu offerings as we rebrand our dining room as Gerald’s Restaurant!
Fieldstone owner, Doug Ellison, grew up accompanying his physician father, Gerald, on rounds to visit patients. Gerald’s kind and compassionate approach toward his patients had a lasting impact on Doug and inspired Fieldstone’s creation.
A dedicated outdoorsman, Gerald loved exploring the Pacific Northwest with his family, as well as tending to their apple orchard. He appreciated the importance of locally grown food and supporting local growers. And he thoroughly enjoyed a good meal (dessert in particular). Our Northwest-inspired menu is a tribute to a man who cared for his crops almost as well as he cared for the people—patients, family & friends—who were lucky enough to cross his path.
Chef Trevor and his team are excited to kick off our fresh new look and menu featuring not only our tried-and-true Grandridge favorites, but also some fresh new menu items that are almost too pretty to eat! There will be live music, good wine, delicious food, and of course plenty of friendship and laughter. We hope you’ll join our Grandridge family, along with Doug and Mandi Ellison, on Thursday, September 12 from 4:30 – 7pm as we celebrate the grand opening of Gerald’s Restaurant!
We also invite you to join us on Tuesday, September 24, at 7pm for our Outdoor Family Movie Night, complete with oodles of popcorn! We will be out on the grassy hill outside our dining room, so bring your chairs and blankets (you know the desert: it can get a little chilly once the sun goes down!). We will be watching Night at the Museum and everyone in the Tri-Cities community is welcome! This event is our employee fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Association. We’re suggesting a $2 donation per person, but there’s no minimum or maximum. We hope you’ll join us for a fun night!
I am so excited to announce that we are hosting our first annual American Red Cross Blood Drive on Tuesday, October 15, from 11:30am – 4:30pm. We will need a few volunteers, so please let me know if you are interested in serving that day. We will provide more information in our October newsletter (and you will start seeing signs around the building), but for now, I hope you’ll save the date and help us make a difference in people’s lives!
I hope to see you soon at one of our many gatherings,
